Diesel Engine Self-Priming Mobile Pump Truck
ZW series self-priming sewage pump can transport liquids containing impurities. The size of particles and fibers is limited by the pump inlet diameter or impeller diameter. Models with an inlet diameter ≥ 50mm can suck up particles ≤ 30mm and fibers ≤ 1.5 times the impeller diameter.
Capable of long-distance, high-head conveying, with a single unit head reaching 60-2190m.
Cast iron (pH 6-9), stainless steel (pH 1-14), or custom materials.
It can transport media containing solid particles, fibers, and slurry, and is widely used in industries such as mine drainage, papermaking, textiles, chemicals, food, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, municipal wastewater, and aquaculture.
This pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge functions, and can be used like a regular clean water pump. It requires no foot valve and can pump sewage and waste ore containing large particles, long fibers, and sediment. It is easy to use, quick to install, has low maintenance costs, and stable performance.
