ZW series self-priming sewage pumps can efficiently treat sewage containing solid particles and fibrous impurities.
They are suitable for particles ≤ 60% of the pump inlet diameter, impurity content ≤ 15%, and media specific gravity ≤ 1240 kg/m³.
Capable of long-distance, high-head pumping, with a single unit reaching a maximum head of 60-2190m.
Cast iron (pH 6-9), stainless steel (pH 1-14), or custom materials.
Capable of conveying media containing solids, fibers, slurries, and mud, suitable for applications in mining drainage, light industry and papermaking, textiles and food processing, chemical and metallurgical industries, pharmaceuticals, municipal wastewater, and aquaculture.
This pump integrates self-priming and clog-free sewage discharge, requiring no foot valve or priming. It easily pumps sewage containing large particles, long fibers, and sediment. It is easy to install and use, has low maintenance costs, and operates stably, effectively reducing manual workload.
