Submersible Slurry Pump
HRZL-YQZ hydraulic slurry pump is a new - type dredging pump. For projects with tough environments and poor power supply, this pump doesn't require electricity. It can be mounted on the front end of an excavator arm or a dredger hanger without the need for complex ground protection. When direct excavation by an excavator is difficult, the hydraulic slurry pump can be used for suction and long - distance transportation, expanding its application range and enhancing its value.
Submersible mud pumps are widely used in dredging various muds in deep water areas. They are driven by excavators or hydraulic power units and are usually equipped with 2 or 3 mixing knives to stir the mud and perform suction.
The agitator is installed at the bottom or side of the pump, which can achieve better solid-liquid mixing and more convenient operation.
The pump can handle solid materials such as mortar, mud, sand, slag, etc., with a concentration of about 40%.
The excavator is hydraulically powered, freely transferable, and diesel engine-powered, making it suitable for remote operations.
A unique sealing device is used to avoid frequent replacement of machine seals and improve work efficiency.
