Axial Flow Deep Well Fire Pump
HRZL-C/HW axial flow deep well fire pump (long axis, vertical, diesel drive) is optimized based on LC or OJ long axis pump. Its diesel engine long axis deep well pump consists of multiple parts such as impeller and water guide pipe.
The pump seat, gearbox and diesel engine assembly are above the wellhead. The diesel engine power is transmitted to the impeller shaft through the gearbox, transmission shaft and water pipe to generate flow and pressure.
CFD is used to optimize flow channels and hydraulic curves to improve pump efficiency.
The use of stainless steel impeller and shaft can effectively prevent rust, ensure the stable standby state of the pump body, and start reliably at any time.
Precision connection keeps the pump and motor concentric, and the operation is stable and reliable.
With capped bearings, these motor bearings require no maintenance under normal operation.
The submersible pump head is equipped with a dry motor, which is safe to operate and can replace fire pumps in high suction applications.
