Diesel Self-Priming Water Pump
This pump unit combines self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge functions, and adopts a diesel engine-driven axial reflux external mixing design. The unique pump body and impeller flow channel make it unnecessary to install a bottom valve and do not need to be filled with water when in use. It can absorb and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities, and is widely used in municipal sewage, flood control projects, agricultural irrigation and other fields.
The pump unit has a simple structure, good self-priming, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient maintenance, and adopts an integrated and outdoor portable design.
The special impeller anti-blocking design ensures that the pump is efficient and non-blocking.
Adopting excellent hydraulic model, the efficiency is 3%~5% higher than that of general self-priming pumps.
The self-priming height is 2 meters higher than that of ordinary self-priming pumps, and the self-priming time is shorter than that of ordinary self-priming pumps.
Convenient maintenance and troubleshooting, daily maintenance can be quickly completed with ordinary head tools, saving time and effort.
It has strong passing capacity and can handle solid and long fiber impurities with a maximum diameter of 76.2mm.
The pump can be installed high on the ground in a dry type, with only the suction pipe placed in the liquid (the pump should be filled with water when started for the first time).
