Fluoroplastic Chemical Pump
This single-stage, single-suction centrifugal chemical pump is designed and manufactured using non-metallic pump production technology. The pump body is made of fluoroplastic alloy.
The pump casing is a metal outer shell lined with fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) (F46). The pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are made of metal inserts, the surfaces of which are completely coated with fluoroplastic and formed by high-temperature sintering and pressing.
The shaft seal is made of filled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Both the suction and discharge ports are reinforced with cast steel components, thereby improving mechanical strength and operational reliability.
Suitable for pumping highly corrosive liquids with a temperature range of -85°C to 200°C.
The metal casing is lined with fluoroplastic F46, which has high corrosion resistance.
The cover, impeller, and bushing are all reinforced with metal and fully coated with fluoroplastic.
A filled PTFE seal ring ensures a tight seal and prevents leakage.
Resistant to corrosion, wear, high temperatures, and aging.
It operates stably, has a thoughtful design, simplifies maintenance, and extends its service life.

Note: The values shown represent the total performance coverage of each pump series. Maximum flow and maximum head do not necessarily occur at the same operating point. Final pump and motor selection should be confirmed according to the required duty point, medium concentration, temperature, corrosion, viscosity and installation conditions.
