Vertical Long Shaft Slurry Pump
The HRZL YZ Vertical Slurry Pump is designed for high-capacity handling of abrasive and high-density slurries in mining, mineral processing, and tailings applications. With a flow rate of 1068 m³/h, a head of 65 m, and the ability to handle slurry with up to 40% solids concentration and particles up to 60 mm, it provides reliable performance for demanding slurry transfer conditions.
Featuring a 7720 mm long shaft and a 14-inch discharge outlet, this vertical slurry pump is suitable for deep sump and tank installations. The wetted parts are manufactured with CD4MCu duplex stainless steel for the casing and liners, while the SS2205 duplex stainless steel impeller provides excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Driven by a 355 kW motor at 1490 rpm, 2300 V / 50 Hz, it delivers stable operation and extended service life in harsh industrial environments.
The pump body is immersed in liquid and the motor is above the liquid level to avoid contact with the medium. It is suitable for corrosive or particle-containing liquids.
Submersible pumps are generally installed vertically, with simple structure and small footprint, and no need for a separate pump room or foundation.
Since the motor is above the liquid surface, maintenance and repair are relatively convenient.
