Diesel Double-suction Split Pump
HRZL-C/SH diesel engine double suction split case pump is a single-stage, double suction, horizontal split case centrifugal pump. It can transport clean water and non-corrosive liquids, with a maximum medium temperature of 80°C. With cooling water, it can transport hot water below 130°C. Changing the materials of the sealing ring, sleeve, and impeller can transport muddy water containing sand; changing the material of the pressure-bearing parts can increase the inlet pressure.
It is suitable for factories, mines, cities, power stations, water supply, farmland irrigation and drainage, and various water conservancy projects. Copper impellers and copper sealing ring pumps can be provided on demand for transporting finished oil and other media.
The pump has low operating noise, good stability and a comfortable use environment.
The pump body has a pressure resistance of 10MPa and a service life of over 30 years.
The pump installation position and inlet and outlet flanges can be provided upon request.
The split shell design is easy to disassemble and does not affect the pipeline and positioning during maintenance.
Sealing method: mechanical seal, packing seal.
The shaft, impeller and other components are made of various materials, including cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, etc.
